Tsurumi Shingo is a Japanese actor and talent from Tokyo and lives in Yokohama, Kanagawa. He graduated from Seikei University Faculty of Law, Department of Political Science. He belongs to HoriPro. His younger brother, Mikami Yuichi, is also a former actor.Tsurumi made his debut at the age of 12 when he was selected from 2,582 applicants to play a role in the TV drama "Takenoko Sukusuku" (1977). After that, he appeared in NHK Taiga dramas as a child actor.In 1987, he produced "Sotsugyo Proof" as a film producer, and became a hot topic as the youngest producer (at that time) in the history of commercial films.In his private life, he married an ordinary woman in 2004.
